Abstract
To reduce response time and improve flexibility, new forms of organization in the information age need to emerge. In response to these needs, high-speed organizations are emerging, called virtual organizations. Part of our daily lives are evolving in virtual organizations today due to the presence of information technology (IT) and their growth in the workplace. Is. In today's world, virtual organizations use knowledge-based and highly flexible employees to respond to the needs of volatile markets with significant effectiveness and efficiency, and create significant competitive advantage. In order to enjoy the benefits of such organizations, the management issues related to these organizations must be well identified and organized. Given the importance of this issue, in this article, while examining the concept of virtual organizations and how they are formed, its types, disadvantages and advantages of these organizations, the challenges of human resource management in these organizations are discussed and some important solutions in solving this Problems are mentioned.
