Abstract:
This research aims to provide an effective model of commitment to Islamic work ethics with an emphasis on spiritual self‑care in Raitel Company. A mixed exploratory method was used, combining the Delphi technique (qualitative) and structural equation modeling (quantitative). After a literature review, 9 components and 66 indicators were initially identified. Through three rounds of Delphi with 15 experts, the model was refined to 9 components and 40 indicators. A quantitative questionnaire was then distributed to 253 employees of Raitel Company. Data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL. Results show that Islamic work ethics includes: social responsibility, individual accountability, conscientiousness, citizenship behavior, and spirituality in the workplace. Spiritual self‑care comprises: stress reduction, decision‑making, enjoyment of life, and compatibility. The standardized coefficients indicate a strong effect of Islamic work ethics (0.92) and spiritual self‑care (0.89) on the model. Within Islamic work ethics, social responsibility (0.90) had the highest impact, followed by individual accountability (0.83), spirituality in the workplace (0.79), conscientiousness (0.70), and citizenship behavior (0.64). Within spiritual self‑care, decision‑making (0.78) and compatibility (0.73) showed the strongest effects, while stress reduction (0.64) and enjoyment of life (0.67) also contributed significantly.
